Please Note: It is YOUR STUDENT’S responsibility to enter you into the Mentor Registry. When he/she completes this step, you will receive an email confirmation with your Login and Password, as well as detailed instructions for approval of the student abstract.
All mentors must then log into the Mentor Login site to review and approve student abstracts. Student presenters may NOT register to attend SNCURCS without your approval!
The deadline for Mentor Approval of student abstracts is October 18, 2017.
During this process, mentors may:
- approve the abstract as submitted (no changes)
- approve the abstract with revisions (please provide detailed revision notes to your student)
- reject the abstract

Mentors, please log in using the username and password provided in the faculty mentor email you received when your student submitted his or her abstract. Your username will be your email address. If you have questions concerning the abstract approval process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
After approving abstracts, please register to attend SNCURCS with your student presenters. During registration, please confirm whether or not you plan to eat breakfast and lunch at the event, and whether or not you plan to attend the SNCURCS faculty meeting. Thank you for your support of SNCURCS!
