Registration

All student presenters, co-presenters, faculty mentors, and other attendees must register to attend SNCURCS at a rate of $35 per person. Payment will be accepted in the form of a check or credit card. Registration will opened on October 6 until November 1, 2017 (EXTENDED).

Student presenters may NOT register to attend SNCURCS until their faculty mentors have approved their abstracts.

By filling out this form, you are registering for the SNCURCS conference that will be held at Campbell University on November 4, 2017. The conference registration fee covers your access to the entire conference, including all oral and poster presentations, performances, keynote address, recruiters ‘ fair, and closing remarks. This fee also covers the conference program book and food, including a continental breakfast and lunch at select campus dining venues.

OPTION 1: Single Participant Registration 

Student presenters, faculty mentors, and other attendees may pay the registration fee in the form of a credit card.

  1.  Click on Single Participant Registration
  2.  Click on Add to Cart
  3. In the blocks, provide: First Name, Last Name, Email, Institution (full college or university name; please do not abbreviate), select category (Presenter, Mentor, Visitor, or Other), Attending Lunch (Yes/No), applying for the NC Space Grant (Yes/No), or applying for NCICU Waiver (Yes/No)
  4. Review the items in your cart, verify email, and Continue.
  5. Insert credit cart information and submit order.  Be sure to print a copy of your agreement for your records.

Student presenters (only) who are enrolled at one of the 36 NC Independent Colleges or Universities (NCICU) (List of NCICU schools) may qualify for a registration fee waiver option. Some funding is available from NCICU for those who meet the qualification. Before registering, please check with your faculty mentor or Academic Affairs Office to receive information and approval.

OPTION 2: Multiple Participants Registration

If your college/university wishes to register and pay for all student presenters, faculty mentors, and other attendees as a group, one registration by check or credit card payment may be made by the institution.

*Before you send in an individual registration, please check with your college/university Director of Undergraduate Research and Creative Works to see if a group registration will be submitted.

  1.  Click on Multiple Participants Registration
  2.  If you are paying by credit card, insert the total amount for the participants x $35.  If paying by other means, type in 0.00; then Click on Add to Cart
  3.  Provide the following information: Contact Person, Email Address, Institution or Organization, Total number of attendees; identify your role (presenter, mentor, visitor, or other), indicate the total number attending lunch by clicking yes for lunch and providing how many; and indicate if any of your group will be applying for the NC Space Grant or NCICU Waiver.
  4. Review the items in your cart, verify email, and Continue.
  5.  Insert credit cart information and submit order.  Be sure to print a copy of your agreement for your records.
  6. If you are paying by check, make it out to CAMPBELL University (memo: SNCURCS 2017)
