All student presenters, co-presenters, faculty mentors, and other guests/attendees must register to attend SNCURCS at a rate of $35 per person. Payment will be accepted in the form of a credit card or through your college or university. Rate $35 per person

 

Student presenters may register to attend SNCURCS at any time during the registration dates, but will NOT be approved to present until their faculty mentors have approved their abstracts.  It is strongly recommended that you submit your abstracts prior to completing the registration process.

The conference registration fee covers your access to the entire conference, including all oral and poster presentations, performances, keynote address, recruiters‘ fair, and closing remarks. This fee also covers the conference program book and food, including a continental breakfast and box lunch.

Registration for SNCURCS 2019 at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina is closed.

Note as of 11.20.19: We are so delighted to have one of the largest groups of participants and attendees for SNCURCS this year.  Due to our high numbers, we cannot reopen registration and will not have onsite registration. While those that have not registered may attend, ONLY registrants will have free parking, lunch, name tags, swag, and programs.  Here is the link to the Program for SNCURCS 2019 with the program schedule and maps.  In addition, please see sncurcs.org for additional details.
